 Max Kirske, PGA Class A Head Golf Professional

Max joined the Poppy Ridge Golf Course team in 2018 following his graduation from the Professional Golf Management Program at UNLV. The Professional Golf Management Program afforded Max an opportunity to work at several well-known facilities such as Bandon Dunes/Pacific Dunes, Anthem Country and now Poppy Ridge Golf Course. Max enjoyed competing in tournaments as well as teaching complimentary clinics throughout his time in the PGM program. Max has honed his teaching style by providing many lessons to golfers of all ages. Lessons are customized to fit the need of the student with a focus on the techniques, mechanics, and psychology of the sport. Max is a dedicated PGA Professional and true student of the game always in search of further developing his knowledge of golf instruction. Whether he is working with a highly skilled player or a beginning golfer, Max has a laser focus on creating a long-term improvement plan and approaches each session with the highest level of detail.

John Chester-Bradt, Golf Instructor

John joined Poppy Ridge Golf Course in March of 2021. John has been in the golf industry for more than 20 years; most notably working at Castlewood Country Club, Elkhorn Country Club, Brookside Country Club, Lockeford Springs Golf Course, and as the Director of Instruction at the Reserve at Spanos Park. John has extensive teaching experience with juniors, adults and clinics ranging from the beginner level to the advanced. John’s teaching style revolves around the player and their specific needs, emphasizing a strong desire to improve.
